摘要
通过对代表医案的分析,探讨《柳宝诒医案》运用经方的临证思路和特色,半夏泻心汤、旋覆代赭汤有斡旋中焦、补泻兼施之功,小青龙汤、苓桂术甘汤温化而善疗痰饮,斩关夺隘,治疗急症则用大承气汤。
Through the analysis of the representative medical cases, this paper probes into the clinical thought and characteristics of Liu Baoyi’s Medical records. Banxia Xiexin decoction and Xuanfu Daizhe decoction have the function of regulating Zhongjiao(middle energizer), replenishing and reducing simultaneously;Xiaoqinglong decoction and Lingguizhugan decoction having the warming and resolving function, is good for treating retention of fluid and Dachengqi decoction for emergency.
