摘要
我国团体标准化工作正处于快速发展阶段,国家出台了很多政策法规加以规范引导,本文通过对团体标准的整体发展状况、作用机理及实践应用的阐述和分析,提出了推动团体标准发展的启示建议。
As association standards in China are in the rapid development stage at present,the state has issued many policies and regulations to regulate and guide it.Through the analysis and description of the overall development status,mechanism and application practice of association standards,this paper puts forward some enlightenment and suggestions to promote the development of association standards.
