本文通过分析国内外检验检测服务业标准化现状,结合检测市场需求,初步构建电工电器检测服务业标准体系。以促进电工电器检测技术服务水平与服务质量全面提升为目的,紧密围绕服务基础、月艮务保障和服务供给三个重点要素,开展标准子体系内容的研究,为电工电器检测服务和标准化建设的深度融合与协调发展提供参考,为建设一个高效、优质的电工电器领域标准、计量、认证认可、检验检测“一站式”全方位服务平台提供标准化的发展路径。

A standards system of electrotechnical equipment and components testing service industry is initially established in this paper by analyzing the status of domestic and international inspection and testing service industry standardization,and market demands,in order to improve services related to electrotechnical equipment and components testing technology.The paper focuses on the three key elements such as service basics,service guarantee and service supply,and carries out research on the content of standard sub-systems,providing a reference for deep integration and coordinated development of electrotechnical equipment and components testing services and standardization work.It also provides the standardization method of establishing an efficient,high-quality"one-stop"platform for standards,measurement,certification and accreditation,inspection and testing in the electrotechnial field.
