摘要
长螺旋钻孔压灌混凝土后插钢筋笼技术,具有无泥浆污染、噪声小、效率高、经济性好等优点,一般适宜于长20m以内的灌注桩施工.北京大兴国际机场指廊工程基坑工程中,针对护坡桩数量多、工期紧、设计桩长达25.25m等难点,通过技术优化和施工过程控制,应用长螺旋钻孔压灌混凝土后插钢筋笼技术,取得了良好效益.
Long auger bored concrete grouting post-inserted reinforcing steel cage technique has many characteristics, such as free of slurry pollution, little noise, high efficiency and favorable economic benefit, etc., and it is generally applicable to construction of filling pile shorter than 20m. The airside concourse foundation pit project of Beijing Daxing International Airport involved a large number of slope protection piles, tight construction schedule and 25.25 m design length of pile. After technical optimization and construction process control, long auger bored concrete grouting post-inserted reinforcing steel cage technique was used, realizing favorable benefits.
