摘要
北京大兴国际机场指廊工程基础桩采用泥浆护壁灌注桩成孔工艺,需进行成孔质量、桩身低应变、超声波桩身完整性、单桩竖向抗压承载力等检测.将可拆卸工具式桩帽用于单桩竖向抗压承载力检测可节约成本,提高周转率,从而缩短工期,经济效益良好.
The foundation piles of Beijing Daxing International Airport airside concourse project were made by slurry breast wall filling pile hole forming technique, which required inspection of hole forming quality, low strain of pile body, ultrasonic pile body integrity and single pile vertical pressure bearing capacity, etc. Application of removable tool-type pile cap for inspection of single pile vertical pressure bearing capacity could save cost, improve turnover rate, shorten construction schedule and guarantee favorable economic benefit.
