有限空间中大吨位工程桩检测工具式组合梁的设计与应用

摘要 北京大兴国际机场指廊工程基础桩采用泥浆护壁成孔灌注桩,考虑到基础桩单桩竖向抗压承载力检测复杂,在有限空间中将大吨位工程桩检测工具式组合梁应用于基础桩单桩承载力检测,该工具式组合梁单件重量轻,组合方便快捷,适用于大吨位、空间狭小、检测数量多且运输能力较弱的施工场合. The slurry breast wall hole filling piles were used as the foundational piles in Beijing Daxing International Airport airside concourse. Considering the complexity of single foundation pile bearing capacity test, tool-type composite beam for large-tonnage engineering pile inspection was used to detect the bearing capacity of single foundation pile in limited space. The single unit of the tool-type composite beam has light weight and is convenient to be assembled, so it is applicable to construction occasions with large tonnage, narrow space, large number of tests and small transportation capacity.
