专利视角下的全球智能输电运维关键技术创新发展研究 被引量:3

摘要 文中通过对全球智能输电运维技术专利数据进行挖掘,分析全球智能输电运维关键技术的创新发展情况。采用专利情报分析方法和DDA专利分析工具,基于专利数据分析了专利申请态势、技术生命周期、技术分布、优势国家及机构和技术最新发展动向。结果表明,全球智能输电运维领域的技术创新非常活跃,专利申请量呈明显增长态势,该领域当前仍处于快速发展阶段;专利技术主要集中于探测电缆/传输线或电网中的故障、对电网提供远距离控制的电路装置、电力部门的数据处理系统或方法、用于安装/维护/修理或拆卸架空线路或电缆的方法或设备、从电线或电缆上除冰或雪的装置等领域;机械手、资源/工作流/人员或项目管理、测试介电强度或击穿电压等技术领域是近年来技术创新的热点;中国专利数量远多于日本、美国、韩国、俄罗斯等发达国家,且技术类别多,覆盖领域广,竞争优势非常明显;越来越多地利用信息技术、通信技术、人工智能、物联网等先进技术来提高运维的效率和效果将是该领域未来的发展趋势。 By mining the global patent data of intelligent transmission operation and maintenance technology,this paper analyses the innovation and development of key technologies of global intelligent transmission operation and maintenance.Patent information analysis method and DDA patent analysis tool are used to analyze patent application situation,technology life cycle,technology distribution,dominant countries and institutions,and the latest development trend of technology based on patent data.This study draws the following conclusions:①Technological innovation in the field of intelligent transmission operation and maintenance is very active,and patent applications are increasing significantly,which is still in the stage of rapid development;②Patent technology mainly concentrates on the detection of faults in cables/transmission lines or power grids,circuit devices providing remote control of power grids,data processing systems or methods of power departments,methods or equipment for installing/maintaining/repairing or dismantling overhead lines or cables,deicing or snow removal devices from wires or cables,etc;③In recent years,technology fields such as manipulator,resource/workflow/personnel or project management,dielectric strength testing or breakdown voltage testing are the hotspots of technological innovation;④The number of patents in China is much larger than that in developed countries such as Japan,the United States,South Korea,Russia,and so on.The number of patents in China is large,covering a wide range of fields,and its competitive advantage is obvious;⑤More and more advanced technologies,such as information technology,communication technology,artificial intelligence,internet of things,will be used to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of operation and maintenance.
