摘要
断路器作为变电站重要的电力设备,其运行状态直接影响着整个变电站的安全稳定运行。文中针对某500kV变电站GIS设备断路器的故障原因分析,首先采用X射线数字成像技术对断路器进行故障检测,并利用X射线影像尺寸标定技术准确得到了断路器操作机构的行程尺寸。然后,通过准确的尺寸关系分析确定了断路器安装底板固定螺栓松动,导致底板发生微量向上倾斜或水平位移使断路器分合闸不到位的故障缺陷。检测结果表明X射线影像尺寸标定技术可以作为一种新的分析方法应用到现场GIS故障分析中,特别是可以为断路器等操作机构提供准确的尺寸数据。
A fault of GIS equipment circuit breaker in a 500 kV substation was analyzed.First,the X-ray digital imaging technology was used to detect the faulty circuit breaker,and the X-ray image size calibration technology was employed to accurately obtain the stroke size of the circuit breaker’s operating mechanism.Then,accurate analysis on the dimensional relations of the circuit breaker helped to find the loosened fixed bolt on the mounting plate of the circuit breaker,which caused a slight upward slope or horizontal displacement of the mounting plate,leading to insufficient switching of the circuit breaker.This work shows that the X-ray image size calibration technology can be applied to GIS fault analysis,especially can provide accurate size data for circuit breaker and other operating mechanisms.
