摘要
断路器是电网系统的重要开关设备,500 kV及以下电压等级的断路器通常采用弹簧操动机构作为其驱动装置。提高弹簧操动机构的输出效率,降低弹簧操作功,能够改善弹簧操动机构零部件的受力状况,对提高断路器开关的可靠性具有重要意义。文中对断路器弹簧操动机构的运动零部件转动惯量进行分析,通过仿真优化和试验验证的方法,得到运动零部件转动惯量对高压断路器弹簧操动机构性能的影响,为后续断路器弹簧操动机构的设计与优化指明方向,具有一定的指导意义。
As an important switching equipment of power grid system,circuit breaker with voltage level of 500 kV and below usually uses spring operating mechanism.Improving the output efficiency of the spring operating mechanism and reducing the spring operating work can improve the force condition of the parts of spring operating mechanism,which is of great importance for improving the reliability of the circuit breaker switch.In this paper,the rotational inertia of moving parts has been analyzed in spring operating mechanism of circuit breaker,through the method of simulation optimization design and test verification,the effect of the rotational inertia of moving parts in spring operating mechanism of circuit breaker has been obtained.It has a certain guiding significance for the design and optimization of spring operating mechanism of circuit breaker.
