摘要
由于永磁同步电机(PMSM)谐波电流、谐波磁链以及齿槽转矩问题,因此在运行时会产生转矩脉动。针对该问题,此处提出一种基于梯度下降法(GDO)的转矩脉动抑制算法。通过提取转速波动来推算转矩脉动的幅值大小,并以转矩脉动最小为目标函数,利用GD0在线搜索最优的谐波电流指令。由于转矩脉动幅值的计算及GD0都没有使用电阻、电感等参数且算法实现较简单,避免了传统转矩脉动抑制方法对电机参数依赖度高、算法复杂等缺点。通过对比加入算法前后的仿真和实验结果,验证了所提算法的有效性。
Torque ripples exist in permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) due to current harmonics, flux harmonics, and cogging torque.An artificial reduction algorithm of torque ripples based on gradient descent optimization ( GDO ) is proposed.The torque ripples whose minimization is set as the objective are derived by extracting the speed fluctuations, and the GDO is utilized to seach the optimal harmonic current commands.Neither the calculation of torque ripples nor the GDO requires the electrical parameters of the machine, so the uncertainties in the machine parameters cannot affect the performance of the proposed method.Simulation and experimental results are given to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.
