煤矿用抗静电UHMWPE复合材料的制备与性能研究 被引量:6

摘要 为满足煤矿井下对塑料抗静电的要求,以导电炭黑和HKD-151作为复合抗静电剂改性超高分子量聚乙烯(UHMEPE),考察了UHMEPE复合材料的力学性能和加工性能。结果表明:两种类型抗静电的协同作用,可以使UHMEPE复合材料在炭黑用量较少时表现出较低的表面电阻率,满足了井下煤矿的使用要求;炭黑的加入使UHMEPE的拉伸强度、弯曲强度先提高后降低,而其缺口冲击强度、断裂伸长率总体呈下降趋势,同时降低了材料的熔体流动速率。 UHMEPE was modified with conductive carbon black and HKD-151 as composite antistatic agents to meet the antistatic requirements of plastics in coal mines.The mechanical properties and processing properties of UHMEPE composites were investigated.The results show that the synergistic effect of two types of antistatic can make UHMEPE composite show lower surface resistivity when the amount of carbon black is less,and meet the requirements of underground coal mine.The tensile strength and flexural strength of UHMEPE increase first and then decrease with the addition of carbon black,while the notched impact strength,elongation at break and the melt flow rate of UHMEPE decrease.
