摘要
应用CAE技术对原热流道模具设计方案进行模拟分析,并与修模方案进行比较,以验证原模具设计的不合理性与修模方案的可行性。结果表明,成型缺陷与工艺参数、塑料原料、注射机等因素无关。经过短射试模,成功生产出合格的产品,有效缩短了模具制造周期,控制了模具成本。
The design scheme of the original hot runner die was simulated and analyzed by using CAE technology,and compared with the repair scheme to verify the irrationality of the original design and the feasibility of the repair scheme.The results show that the forming defects have nothing to do with process parameters,plastic raw materials,injection machines and other factors.The qualified products are successfully produced after short shot test,which effectively shortened the manufacturing cycle of the die and controlled the cost of the die.
