摘要
温度是木塑复合材料成型过程中非常重要的参数之一,温度精度控制的稳定性和精确性对挤出产品的质量具有重要影响。单螺杆木塑挤出机温度参数具有时变性、非线性的特点,单纯的PID控制参数不能根据系统具体情况进行自适应调整,导致其存在超调量大、稳定周期长等缺点。为了解决上述问题,本文将模糊控制理论与常规PID控制相结合构成了模糊PID温度控制,通过模糊控制理论对PID参数进行自适应在线调整,从而提高了系统的容错效率。结果表明,模糊PID控制方法与单纯PID控制相比能够显著提高挤出机温度控制精度,对于提升挤出产品质量具有重要作用。
Temperature is one of the most important parameters in the forming process of wood-plastic composites.The stability and accuracy of temperature precision control have an important influence on the quality of extruded products.Temperature parameters of single screw woodplastic extruder are time-varying and non-linear.Simple PID control parameters can not be adaptively adjusted according to the specific situation of the system,resulting in large overshoot and long stability period.In order to solve the above problems,this paper combines the fuzzy control theory with the conventional PID control to form the fuzzy PID temperature control.Through the fuzzy control theory,the PID parameters are adjusted on-line adaptively,thus improving the fault-tolerant efficiency of the system.The results show that the temperature control precision of extruder can be significantly improved by using the fuzzy PID control method compared with the simple PID control method,which plays an important role in improving the quality of extruder products.
