顶空-气相色谱法测定食品用POM及其制品中三聚甲醛的特定迁移量 被引量:4

摘要 采用顶空-气相色谱法检测食品接触用聚甲醛(POM)及其制品中三聚甲醛特定迁移量;选用蒸馏水和50%乙醇溶液为食品模拟物获取三聚甲醛目标物溶液,自动顶空进样,HP-5毛细管色谱柱分离,氢火焰检测器检测,外标法定量,并对顶空、试液制备条件及气相色谱运行条件进行优化。结果表明:三聚甲醛峰形好、可以准确定量;在三种加标水平下,样品的加标回收率分别为93.5%、97.0%和97.4%。该方法操作简便,结果准确,灵敏度高,稳定性好,可实现食品接触用POM及其制品中三聚甲醛特定迁移量的测定。 Headspace-GC was used to detect the specific migration of paraformaldehyde in food contact plastic resin(POM)and products.Distilled water and 50%ethanol solution were used as food simulants to obtain trioxane target solution,automatic headspace.Using distilled water and 50%ethanol solution as food simulants to obtain trimethylaldehyde target solution,automatic headspace sampling,HP-5 capillary column separation,hydrogen flame detector detection,external standard method were used to quantify trimethylaldehyde target solution.Headspace,preparation conditions of test solution and operation conditions of gas chromatography were optimized.The results showed that the peak shape of triformaldehyde was good and it could be quantified accurately.The recovery rates of triformaldehyde were 93.5%,97.0%and 97.4%respectively at three levels of standard addition.The method is simple,accurate,sensitive and stable.It can be used to determine the specific migration of triformaldehyde in POM and its products for food contact.
