摘要
国内智慧景区相关研究日益深人,文章运用层次分析法,针对景区智慧化建设效果评价的十个维度,从游客感知的视角构建了智慧景区评价指标体系。在此基础上,运用模糊综合评价方法,通过开展实地调研对迪士尼乐园智慧化建设进行了实证评价,并进一步结合重要性及表现分析法,对上海迪士尼乐园智慧化建设过程中的优势及不足进行了分析,发现其应在积极发挥“智慧旅游产品”“智慧呼叫平台”“智慧投诉互动”等优势的基础上,优化“智能交通系统”“智慧预报系统”“通讯网络系统”等权重值较大但建设效果却并不甚理想的维度,进一步提升景区智慧化建设水平。
With the further studies on the smart tourist attractions (STA) in China, more scenic spots are constantly promoting the construction of STA. Based on the current smartness construction of Shanghai Disneyland, this paper puts forward ten dimensions of smartness evaluation through summarizing the domestic and foreign research. Therefore, STA evaluation index system is built by consulting relevant experts and using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) from the perspective of tourists. According to the evaluation index system, the empirical evaluation of smartness construction in Shanghai Disneyland has been carried out by using Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method (FCEM). Finally, the paper puts forward specific solutions accordingly by applying Importance - performance Analysis (IPA) on Shanghai Disneyland.
