Research on the Effectiveness of Vocational Intention Education for Higher Vocational College Students

高职院校在对学生职业培养的过程中,适时进行系统的职业生涯规划教育,主要目标是努力提升学生选择职业时的决策水平。择业效能感是学生即将离开学校进入职场时的自我评价,是入职适应的心理准备,它是直接影响学生入职适应的关键因素。对即将毕业的高职大学生进行择业效能感测量分析,以分析职业意向教育的有效性,对高职院校加强学生职业生涯规划教育有一定借鉴作用。

In the process of vocational training for students,vocational colleges should timely carry out systematic career planning education.The main goal is to strive to improve the decision-making level of students when choosing a career.Career selection efficacy is the self-evaluation of students about to leave school and enter the workplace.It is the psychological preparation for job-entry adaptation.It is the key factor that directly affects the job-entry adaptation of students.This paper measures and analyzes the career choice efficacy of the graduating higher vocational college students,which aims at analyzing the effectiveness of vocational intention education.It also provides some reference for higher vocational colleges to strengthen students’ career planning education.
