摘要
随着社会经济的不断发展,工匠精神日益凸显其作用,而职业院校作为社会人才输出的重要端口,是工匠精神培育的重要载体,但在当前形势下,仅凭职业院校难以完成对学生工匠精神培育的需求,需要多方聚力共同完成。建议职业院校以校企"双主体"育人为载体,探索学生工匠精神的培育路径,从而构建一个较为系统的工匠精神人才培养模式。
With the continuous development of social economy,the craftsman spirit has increasingly highlighted its role.Vocational colleges,as an important port for the output of social talents,are important carriers for the cultivation of craftman spirit.However,in the current situation,it is difficult for vocational colleges to fulfill the demand for the cultivation of students’ craftsmanship,which needs to be accomplished by concerted efforts.It is suggested that vocational colleges should take the "dual-subject" education of schools and enterprises as the carrier to explore the cultivation path of students’ craftsmanship spirit,so as to build a more systematic training mode of craftsmanship spirit talents.
