基于市场需求创新校企合作的路径研究

摘要 校企合作是高校提升办学质量、企业突破自我发展限制、国家实现经济振兴的有效举措。诸多学者围绕校企合作展开深入研究,其探索角度多样、研究成果丰硕,为校企双方实施合作提供了有益的理论借鉴。但是,企业方在校企双方实际合作中始终欠缺合作热情,校企双方合作成效达不到预期。基于此,尝试综合运用市场营销思想与校企合作理论,促使校企双方以市场需求为出发点开展合作,有效提高企业方合作热情,促使校企合作沿着纵深方向实现良性循环发展。 School-enterprise cooperation is an effective measure for colleges and universities to improve the quality of running schools,break through the restrictions of self-development,and realize national economic revitalization.Many scholars have carried out in-depth research on school-enterprise cooperation,which has a variety of exploratory perspectives and fruitful research results,providing a useful theoretical reference for the implementation of cooperation between school and enterprise.However,the enterprise side always lacks the enthusiasm for cooperation in the actual cooperation between the school and enterprise,and the cooperation between the two sides can not achieve the expected results.Based on this,this paper attempts to use marketing ideas and school-enterprise cooperation theory synthetically to promote the cooperation between school and enterprise from the market demand as the starting point,effectively improve the enthusiasm of enterprise cooperation,and promote the sound development of school-enterprise cooperation along the deep direction.
