摘要
在分析区域协同背景下不同创新资源集聚特征的基础上,构建了创新资源集聚效应的因果关系图和系统动力学分析框架,并采用Vensim PLE软件进行仿真和有效性检验。自明确创新资源集聚效应形成的反馈特征和机制入手,重点分析了人才、知识和资金三种重要资源流动的因果关系,建立了区域创新资源集聚效应的系统流图和系统动力学模型,通过对调控变量进行灵敏度分析提出了促进区域创新资源集聚效应有效发挥的政策建议。
Based on the analysis of the characteristics of different innovative resource agglomeration under the background of regional synergy,the causality diagram and system dynamics analysis framework of the effect of innovative resource agglomeration are constructed,and the model is simulated and validated by Vensim PLE software.Firstly,on the basis of defining the feedback characteristics and mechanism of the agglomeration effect of innovative resources,the causality of three important resource flows,namely,talent,knowledge and capital,is analyzed.Secondly,the system flow chart and the system dynamics model of the agglomeration effect of regional innovation resources are established.Finally,the sensitivity analysis of regulatory variables is carried out,and policy suggestions are put forward to promote the effective play of the agglomeration effect of regional innovation resources.
