摘要
目的:了解医院职工对医联体的认知情况,为促进医联体建设提供对策建议。方法:于2018年3月,以天津市某医联体为调查对象,采用问卷调查方法,对参与医联体内工作流动的400名员工进行医联体认知的问卷调查。结果:调查人员普遍支持医联体建设,在了解内部互联互通流程(79.9%)、配备人员充足(65%)、福利待遇满意(74%)、政府承担职责(71.7%)等方面认同较低,需加以改进。结论:充分利用"互联网+医疗健康",加快推动医联体互联互通流程落地实施,合理配备人员,完善激励政策,政府和媒体加强引导。
Objective:To understand the cognition of hospital staffs on healthcare alliance, and to provide countermeasures and suggestions for promoting the construction. Methods:In March 2018, a horizontal healthcare alliance in Tianjin was taken as the survey object, and 400 employees who participated in the work flow within the healthcare alliance were investigated by questionnaire. Results:Employees generally support the construction of healthcare alliance. They have low cognition on understanding internal connectivity process(79.9%), sufficient staffing(65%), satisfactory welfare treatment(74%), and government responsibility(71.7%), which needs to be improved. Conclusion:Make full use of "Internet + medical health" to accelerate the implementation of the interconnection process. Make reasonable human supplies. Improve incentive policies. The government and media strengthen guidance.
