小儿少见肝下回盲部系膜内变异型阑尾炎

Rare inferior liver mesenteric variant appendictis in children

目的:探讨小儿变异型阑尾炎的诊疗,使其在临床上得到足够重视。方法:回顾性分析3例罕见变异型阑尾炎临床资料,探讨、总结经验。结果:3例患儿均在全身麻醉下行腹腔镜下阑尾切除术,术中证实均为变异型阑尾,手术均顺利完成。结论:肝下变异型阑尾炎在临床上少见,其诊断需要临床症状、体格查体及辅助检查的综合诊断,必要时可予以腹腔镜探查。

Objective:To explore the diagnosis and treatment of variant appendicitis in children, make it get enough attention in clinical practice. Methods:Retrospective analysis of 3 cases of rare variant appendicitis in our hospital, to discuss and summarize experience.Results:Laparoscopic appendectomy was performed in 3 children under general anesthesia, and all case proved to be rare variant appendictis during operation, and the operation was succssfully completed. Conclusions:Variant appendicitis is rare in clinic. Its diagosis needs comprehensive diganosis of clinical symptoms, physical examinatio and auxilliary examination, and laparoscopy should be performed if necessary.
