中西结合治疗脾虚湿蕴型带状疱疹的效果观察

Observation on the effect of combination of chinese and western medicine in the treatment of herpes zoster

目的:观察中西医结合治疗脾虚湿蕴型带状疱疹的临床疗效。方法:选取2018年1月~2019年1月在我院接受治疗的脾虚湿蕴型带状疱疹患者156例为受试对象,按照入院先后顺序将患者随机分为研究组和对照组各78例。对照组患者采用西医治疗,研究组患者在此基础上联合使用中药治疗。比较两组患者治疗病程情况(止疱时间、结痂时间、止痛时间)、临床疗效差异以及治疗前、治疗3周后患者疼痛程度[视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、睡眠质量评分法(QS)评分]变化情况,记录30天后两组患者后遗神经疼痛发生率。结果:研究组患者止疱时间、结痂时间短于对照组(P均<0.05);研究组患者临床疗效优于同期对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者后遗神经疼痛发生率低于对照组(P <0.05);治疗3周后,两组患者VAS和QS评分均优于对照组,且研究组优于同期对照组(P均<0.05)。结论:中西结合治疗脾虚湿蕴型带状疱疹可缩短病程,减轻患者主观疼痛感,改善患者睡眠质量,并能降低后遗神经疼痛发生风险。

Objective:Toobserve the clinical efficacy of combination of Chinese and Western medicinein the treatment of he rpeszoster.Methods:156 patient swithher peszostertrea tedinour hospital from January2018 toJanuary2019 wererandomlyd ividedintostudygroup(78 cases)andcontrolgroup(78 cases)according to the order of admission.Thepatientsin the controlgr oupweretreated with Westernmedicine,while the patientsin the studygroupwere treated with traditional Chinese medicine on thebasis of the controlgroup.Thecourse of treatment(bleb-stoppingtime,scab-formingtime,pain-relievingtime),thediffere nceofclinical efficacy and thechanges of paindegree(VASscore and QSscore)before and after treatmentwere comparedbetwe enthetwogroups.Theincidence of sequelaenerve painwasrecordedafter30 days.Result:The blisterstoppingtime and scabfor mingtime of the studyg roupwereshorterthan those of the controlgroup(P<0.05);theclinical efficacy of thestudy groupwasbet terthant hat of the controlgroupat the sametime(P<0.05);theincidence of nervepainin the studygroup waslower thanthat of the controlgroup(P<0.05);after twoweeks of treatment,the VAS and QSscores of the twogroup swerebetterthant hose of the contr olgroup,and thestudy groupwasbetter thanthat of the controlgroupat the sametime(P< 0.05)Conclusion:Combination of C hinese and Westernmedicinecan shortenthecourse of herpeszoster,relievesubjectivepain,improvesleepquality,andreducet herisk of sequelaenervepain.
