基于中医全息理论综合治疗更年期综合征的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Comprehensive Treatment for Menopausal Syndrome Based on Traditional Chinese Medicine Holographic Theory

【目的】观察在中医全息理论指导下进行腹部针刺、经络全息刮痧法、足部艾灸综合治疗更年期综合征的临床疗效。【方法】将符合纳入标准的60例更年期综合征患者随机分为中医全息理论综合治疗组和激素替代对照组,每组各30例。治疗组患者给予腹部针刺、经络全息刮痧法、足部艾灸综合治疗,对照组患者给予口服西药芬吗通治疗,28d为1个疗程,治疗2个疗程。观察2组患者治疗前后Kupperman指数评分、血清卵泡刺激素(FSH)和雌二醇(E2)等性激素水平的变化情况,并评价2组患者的疗效及安全性。【结果】(1)治疗2个疗程后,治疗组的总有效率为93.3%,对照组为80.0%,治疗组的疗效明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)治疗后,2组患者的Kupperman指数评分均较治疗前下降(P<0.05),且治疗组对Kupperman指数评分的下降作用优于对照组(P<0.05)。(3)治疗后,2组患者的血清FSH、E2水平均较治疗前改善(P<0.05),但治疗后组间比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。(4)2组患者治疗前后血常规、空腹血糖、肝肾功能及乳腺、子宫和附件B超检查均无异常。(5)对照组不良反应发生率明显高于治疗组(P<0.05)。【结论】在中医全息理论指导下进行腹部针刺、经络全息刮痧法、足部艾灸是一种治疗更年期综合征的有效综合疗法。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of abdominal acupuncture,meridian holographic scrapping and foot moxibustion on menopausal syndrome(MPS)under the guidance of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)holographic theory.Methods A total of 60 MPS patients meeting the inclusion criteria were randomized into a treatment group of 30 cases and a control group of 30 cases.The treatment group was intervened by abdominal acupuncture,meridian holographic scrapping and foot moxibustion,while the control group received oral use of Femodon.Twenty-eight days constituted one treatment course,and the treatment for the two groups lasted 2 courses.Before and after treatment,the scores of Kupperman index and sex hormone levels of follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)and estradiol(E2)in the two groups were observed.After treatment,the clinical efficacy and safety of the two groups were compared.Results(1)After treatment for 2 courses,the total effective rate in the treatment group was 93.3%,and that in the control group was 80.0%,the efficacy of the treatment group being superior to that of the control group and the difference being statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)After treatment,Kupperman index scores in the two groups were obviously decreased(P<0.05 compared with those before treatment),and the decrease in the treatment group was superior to that in the control group(P<0.05).(3)After treatment,serum levels of FSH and E2 in the two groups were obviously improved(P<0.05 compared with those before treatment),but the differences of FSH and E2 levels between the two groups after treatment were not statistically significant(P>0.05).(4)No abnormality was found in the routine blood analysis,fasting glucose test,hepatic and renal function examination,type-B ultrasound imaging for uterus and appendix in the two groups before and after treatment.(5)The incidence of adverse reaction in the control group was much higher than that in the treatment group(P<0.05).Conclusion Under the guidance of TCM holographic theory,the combined therapy of abdominal acupuncture,meridian holographic scrapping and foot moxibustion is effective in treating MPS.
