基于彝药理论的彝药命名规律探析

Investigation of Naming Regularity of Yi Nationality Medicine Based on Yi Nationality Medicine Theory

采用例举的方式分析了寄生类彝药与非寄生类彝药的命名方式。彝药的命名多根据其药味、所治之病、药材性状特征、入药部位、毒性特征或综合以上几个方面,其药名可包含该药的五行归属、功效、味、色、性状特征、有毒与否等方面的一种或几种,有“知其名,便知其用”的规律可循,对临床如何运用彝药具有重要的指导意义。对彝药的命名方式和规律进行研究,不仅可促进彝药学的学科发展,利于精准发掘彝药品种,更可使彝医临证施药的思辨过程简单化,利于彝医药的传承与推广。

By analyzing the specific examples,we investigated the naming regularity of parasitic Yi Nationality medicine and non-parasitic Yi Nationality medicine.The naming of Yi Nationality medicine is usually based on the medicine flavor,medicine indications,macroscopic features of the medicine,medicinal part,medicine toxicity features or their combination.The name of the Yi Nationality medicine may cover one aspect or several aspects of the five-element attribution,actions,flavors,color,macroscopic features,toxic features of the medicine,and can show its application in the clinic,which is very helpful for the clinical usage.The research of the naming regularity of Yi Nationality Medicine will promote the development of Yi Nationality medicine theory,simplify the process of clinical syndrome differentiation and treatment with Yi Nationality Medicine,and will be benefit to the inheritance and expansion of Yi Nationality medicine.
