近年来代谢综合征中药疗法用药规律的文献研究

Literature Research on Medication Rules of Traditional Chinese Medicine Therapy for Metabolic Syndrome in Recent Years

收集近年来国内期刊公开发表的治疗代谢综合征的有效中药处方,采用频数分析、聚类分析、关联规则分析等方法探索中医药治疗代谢综合征的组方用药规律。结果显示:共纳入64首中药处方,涉及药物85味,药物使用总频次为676;经聚类分析和关联规则分析,得到党参—苍术、陈皮—半夏、陈皮—茯苓、黄芩—枳壳、黄芩—柴胡、柴胡—白芍、泽泻—黄芪7个药物组合,体现了中药治疗代谢综合征的治则为健脾益气、清热化湿;根据关联规则分析结果预测陈皮为治疗代谢综合征的核心药物,陈皮—茯苓为核心药对。

The effective herbal recipes for metabolic syndrome(MS)issued in the domestic periodicals in recent years were collected,and then the medication rules of Chinese medicine therapy for MS were explored by frequency analysis,cluster analysis and association rule analysis.The results showed that a total of 64 Chinese herbal recipes involving 85 herbs with overall frequency being 676 were enrolled into the study;after cluster analysis and association rule analysis,7 herbal combinations of Radix Codonopsis(Dangshen)-Rhizoma Atractylodis(Cangzhu),Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae(Chenpi)-Rhizoma Pinelliae(Banxia),Chenpi-Poria(Fuling),Radix Scutellariae(Huangqin)-Fructus Aurantii(Zhike),Radix Bupleuri(Huangqin)-Chaihu,Chaihu-Radix Paeoniae Alba(Baishao),and Rhizoma Alismatis(Zexie)-Radix Astragali(Huangqi)were obtained,which indicated the therapeutic principles being strengthening spleen Qi and clearing heat and resolving dampness for MS;it is predicated by association rule analysis that the core herb for MS is Chenpi,and the core herbal pair is Chenpi-Fuling.
