浮针疗法临床应用进展

Progress in Clinical Application of Floating Acupuncture Therapy

浮针疗法是来源于传统医学并基于现代医学发展起来的新型针刺疗法,自符仲华医师发明以来,已有20余年的历史。本文对浮针疗法的临床应用文献进行整理分析,探讨其针具及使用方法的演变、辅助方法的演变与进针点选择的变化,浮针疗法即时疗效的影响因素以及浮针疗法适应症的变化,以期从整体上把握浮针疗法的发展概况,进而促进其临床应用与推广。

Floating acupuncture therapy is a new type of acupuncture therapy derived from traditional Chinese medicine and developed based on the achievements of modern medicine.It has more than 20 years of history since Dr.FU Zhong-Hua invented it.In this paper,we sort and analyze the literature about clinical application of floating acupuncture therapy,to discuss the evolution of needle tools and their usage,the development of auxiliary methods,the selection of needling points,and the changes in influence factors of immediate curative effect and indications of floating acupuncture therapy for grasping the general development situation of floating acupuncture therapy,so as to further promote its clinical popularization and application.
