摘要
稻瘟病是水稻最严重的真菌病害之一。利用抗病基因培育抗病品种是防治稻瘟病最有效的策略。抗稻瘟病基因Pi9是第一个克隆的广谱抗稻瘟病基因,对世界多个国家和地区的稻瘟菌小种都表现高水平抗性,有着重要的应用价值。为了针对拟改良的不同遗传背景的水稻材料,开发Pi9基因特异性功能分子标记,用于分子标记辅助选择育种,本研究开发设计了1个新的Pi9基因共显性功能分子标记。通过对23份育种核心材料的多态性检测和育种改良杂交F1代、BC6F2代群体的鉴定,表明该分子标记能有效的对Pi9功能基因进行鉴定,并对回交育种后代进行高效选择,为培育Pi9基因抗病品种提供了新的分子标记辅助选择技术。
Rice blast is one of the most devastating disease for rice. Breeding resistant cultivars with disease resistance genes is the most effective strategy for controlling this disease. The blast resistance gene Pi9 is the first cloned broad-spectrum resistance gene, and showed a high level of resistance to multiple blast races from many countries. To develop novel specific functional molecular marker of Pi9 used in rice marker-assisted selection(MAS) breeding, in current study, a novel co-dominant functional molecular marker for Pi9 was designed. The polymorphism detection of 23 breeding core materials and the identification of F1 and BC6 F2 populations in improved breeding were carried out. The results showed that the molecular marker could effectively identify the functional gene of Pi9 and select backcross breeding progenies efficiently, which provided a new molecular marker assisted selection technique for the cultivation of Pi9 gene resistant varieties.
