淮北市工业园区竞争力的综合评价及转型引导研究

Comprehensive Evaluation and Transformation Guidance of the Competitiveness of Huaibei Industrial Parks

在国内各类工业园区蓬勃发展之际,对园区发展做出科学含理评价对于衝量其发展成效与发展潜力、促使其实现良性发展具有重要意义。文章运用成对比较法测算指标权重,以淮北市7个工业园区为评价对象,分別构建竞争力评价指标体系和发展潜力评价指标体系。在园区现状竞争力评价、发展潜力评价基础上,探讨园区评价结果形成机制,并将现有园区分为龙头引领类、加速培育类、转型升级类、调整发展类4种类型,并对每种类型进行分类引导,促进工业园区转型升级、错位发展。

While all kinds of industrial parks in China are blooming and prosperous, it is of great significance to make a scientific and rational assessment of the development of the park in order to measure its development effectiveness and development potential and to promote its sound development. The article uses the pair-wise comparison method to measure index weights, construct a competitiveness evaluation index system and a development potential evaluation index system, respectively, to evaluate seven industrial parks in Huaibei city. Based on the assessment of current competitiveness of the park and evaluation of development potential, the study explored the formation mechanism of parks evaluation results, and the existing seven parks will be divided into four types: leading, accelerating training, transformation and upgrading, and adjusting development. Each type will be guided and promoted.
