Nurturance Education Research about the Core Business Ability of Cabin Service Major From the Perspective of International Cooperation

剖析空中乘务专业在核心业务能力培养上存在的问题,探讨与"一带一路"沿线国家开展空中乘务专业养成教育合作的可行性,提出通过设立"三家三阶段"的合作办学模式、制订教师访学、国际学生交流计划、探索国际职业资格证书与教育教学相融合的教学模式等方式,强化空中乘务专业核心业务能力养成教育。

Analyze the problems of cabin service major about core business ability training, and explore the feasibility of developing education cooperation with the countries along the One Belt And One Road. In order to strengthen the core business ability of air crew to develop education, put forward by setting up the cooperative education mode of "Three departments and Three-stage", developing a program of teacher visiting and international student exchange, exploring integrated teaching mode of international professional qualification certificate and education teaching.
