飞机燃油沉淀排放工作是飞机维修的航前日常工作,目的在于排除油箱内部积水预防微生物滋生,关系到飞机运行安全。然而,燃油沉淀排放活门常因工作者操作不当和放油工具设计不合理等原因导致渗漏故障。本文对放沉淀活门渗漏原因和排放工作过程进行分析,得出放油工具设计不合理是造成渗漏的主要原因,并给出解决建议。

Fuel draining and sampling is routine work before aircraft taking off, and is vital to flight safety. The sample vales often leak due to wrong operation and unreasonable designation of draining tool. This paper analyzes in detail the causes of leakage of sample valves of Airbus aircraft, figures out the main cause is unreasonable designation of draining tool, and gives solutions.
