溶胶渗透对BST-Ba4Ti13O30复合陶瓷烧结及介电性能的影响

摘要 采用混相烧结法制备了x vol%Ba0.6Sr0.4TiO3-(100-x)vol%Ba4Ti13O30(x=8~24)复合陶瓷(记为BSTBT/4/13),研究了相组成、Ba TiO3溶胶渗透对复合陶瓷的烧结、介电性能的影响。研究结果表明:随着BST含量的降低,BST-BT/4/13复合陶瓷的烧结性能提高、介电常数及调谐率降低;BaTiO3溶胶渗透工艺可以提高烧结性能、调谐率及温度稳定性,尤其可以显著降低低频(1 KHz)下的介电损耗。组分x=16试样经溶胶渗透处理可获得较好的综合性能:1240℃的烧成温度、0.02的损耗(1 KHz)及在直流偏置场强为10 kV/cm下可达3.5%的调谐率。 In this paper,x vol%Ba0.6Sr0.4TiO3-(100-x)vol%Ba4Ti13O30(x=8~24)composite ceramics(denoted as BST-BT/4/13)were prepared by a mixed-phase sintering method.Effects of phase compositions and BaTiO3-sol penetration processing on the sintering and dielectric properties of composite ceramics were investigated.Results show that with the decrease of BST contents,sintering properties of BST-BT/4/13 composite ceramics were improved,and the dielectric constant and tunability decreased,respectively.The BaTiO3-sol infiltration process can improve the sintering performance,tunability and temperature stability.In particular,the dielectric loss can be significantly reduced at low frequencies(1 KHz).Sample x=16 can obtain nice overall properties through sol penetration:low sintering temperature of 1240℃,low dielectric loss of 0.02(@1 KHz)and high tunability of 3.5%at a DC bias field strength of 10 kV/cm.
