汝州张公巷窑和东沟窑青瓷胎釉元素组成的对比研究

Tudy on the Element Composition of the Celadon from Zhanggongxiang Kiln and Donggou Kiln in Ruzhou City

为了推动张公巷窑时代和东沟窑性质等问题研究的深入发展,本文对张公巷窑和东沟窑青瓷胎、釉元素组成进行了对比研究。研究表明:(1)张公巷窑和东沟窑青瓷胎体元素组成具有明显差异,张公巷窑胎体具有高Al2O3、ZrO2和SrO2含量的元素组成特征,而东沟窑青瓷胎体中Fe2O3含量较高。(2)相对东沟窑青瓷而言,张公巷窑青瓷釉式SiO2/Al2O3摩尔比值均值相对较低,b值均值相对略高,且其数据皆波动范围小;另张公巷窑绝大部分青瓷属于高钙釉,而东沟窑绝代部分青瓷则属于钙碱釉。(3)综合胎釉元素组成特征,推测张公巷窑沿袭了汝官窑青瓷制釉技术,具有官窑特性;而东沟窑仍为生产民用青瓷的窑口,其生产仅仅受到汝官青瓷技术的一定影响而已。

In order to promote the research about the date of Zhanggongxiang kiln and nature of Donggou kiln,in this paper,the element composition of the bodies and glazes about the celadon from Zhanggongxiang kiln and Donggou kiln was studied.The result indicates as follows:Firstly,the element composition of the celadon bodies between Zhanggongxiang kiln and Donggou kiln were obviously different,The celadon bodies have high content of Al2O3,ZrO2 and SrO2 from Zhanggongxiang kiln,while the celadon bodies have high content of Fe2O3 from Donggou kiln.Secondly,compared with the celadon of Donggou kiln,Zhanggong kiln’s celadon have relatively low the molar ratio value of SiO2 and Al2O3,and high b value.Then the majority of the celadon from Zhanggongxiang kiln belong to high calcium glazes,while most of the celadon in Donggou kiln belong to calcium-alkali glazes.Lastly,based on the element composition characteristics of both bodies and glazes,it is possible that the celadon glaze’s technology of Zhanggongxiang kiln inherited the Ru Guan kin and it’s had the characteristics of the imperial kiln.However,Donggou kiln was still used the technology of Min Ru celadon,and its production were only affected by Ru Guan kin’celadon technology.
