奶牛子宫炎早期免疫抗氧化预警指标的建立与评估 被引量:4

Establishment and evaluation of the early immune and antioxidant warning indexes for uteritis in dairy cow

摘要 为了早期预测奶牛子宫炎的发生,试验选取年龄、胎次、产奶量相近无传染病和寄生虫病的产后1~10 d的荷斯坦奶牛为试验动物。通过检测血清中部分免疫学指标白细胞介素2(IL-2)、干扰素γ(IFN-γ)、免疫球蛋白(IgG、IgM)和抗氧化指标一氧化氮(NO)的含量,结合Pearson相关分析、二元Logistic分析以及ROC分析,阐明奶牛免疫抗氧化指标与子宫炎的关系及对产后子宫炎发生风险的预警作用。结果显示:子宫炎奶牛血清中NO、IL-2和IFN-γ的含量显著高于正常组,IgG、IgM含量显著低于正常组;当产后5~9 d奶牛血清中NO大于14.018μmol/L,IL-2大于119.509 pg/mL,IFN-γ大于149.563 pg/mL时,患子宫炎的风险增高。研究表明,奶牛产后血清NO、IL-2、IFN-γ等指标可作为奶牛发生子宫炎的早期风险预测依据。 In order to early predict the occurrence of uteritis in dairy cow, Holstein dairy cows of similar age, parity, milk yield and of no infectious and parasitic diseases were selected as experimental animals at 10 days after partum. Detection of the contents of interleukin-2(IL-2), interferon-gamma(IFN-γ), immunoglobulin(Ig G, Ig M) and antioxidant indexes of nitric oxide(NO) in the serum of the cows was performed in combination of Pearson correlation analysis, binary logistic analysis and ROC analysis to clarify the relationship between immune and antioxidant indexes and uteritis in the animals and to identify the role of early warning in reducing the risk of postpartum uteritis. The results showed that the levels of NO, IL-2 and IFN-γ in the serum of the dairy cows with uteritis were significantly higher than those of the normal cows, and the levels of Ig G and Ig M in them were significantly lower. When the levels of NO>14.018 μmol·L-1, IL-2>119.509 pg·mL-1 and IFN-γ>149.563 pg·mL-1 in the serum of the dairy cows at 5~9 days after partum, the risk of uteritis increased. It could be understood that NO, IL-2 and IFN-γ in serum might be used as early risk predictors of uteritis in dairy cows.
