数字图像处理技术在中医舌诊方面的应用

舌诊客观化研究的主要疾病有:消化系统疾病、糖尿病、恶性肿瘤、心脏病。数字图像处理技术在中医证候舌诊客观化的研究中,主要以西医辨病为基础而开展,所使用的舌诊量化相关指标也主要以舌的颜色特征为主,且主要在以下3种疾病中开展中医证候的舌诊客观化相关研究:消化系统疾病各证型的舌诊量化特征,心脏病各证型的舌诊量化特征,恶性肿瘤证型的舌诊量化特征。数字图像处理技术在临床疗效评价的舌诊客观化研究相对较少,所使用的舌诊量化指标多为舌的颜色、形态、纹理等诸多方面的综合信息,而且大多数的研究是把辨病与辨证相结合,分别开展相关中医证候的疗效评价。目前,研究应用中数字图像处理技术尚不够成熟,未生产出规范统一的中医诊断仪器。在临床应用中尚有一些可以改进的地方:①临床应用研究所纳入的样本量较小,应当进一步扩大样本量;②客观化的指标以舌象颜色特征为主,而在纹理、形态以及质地等方面的研究比较少;③对于客观量化舌象所应用的方法各不相同,这就给舌诊标准化的客观使用推广带来了一定困难。

The main diseases of objective tongue diagnosis include digestive system diseases, diabetes mellitus, malignant tumors and heart disease. In the study of objectification of tongue diagnosis of TCM syndromes, digital image processing technology is mainly based on the differentiation of diseases in Western medicine. The quantitative indicators used in tongue diagnosis are mainly based on the color characteristics of tongue, and the objectification of tongue diagnosis of TCM syndromes is mainly carried out in the following three diseases: Quantitative features of tongue diagnosis in digestive system diseases, coronary heart disease and malignant tumors. Digital image processing technology in clinical evaluation of tongue diagnosis objectivity research is relatively small, the use of tongue diagnosis quantitative indicators is mostly for tongue color, shape, texture and many other aspects of comprehensive information, and most of the research is the combination of disease differentiation and syndrome differentiation, in order to carry out the efficacy evaluation of relevant TCM syndromes respectively. At present, the research and application of digital image processing technology is not mature enough, and no standardized and unified diagnostic instrument of traditional Chinese medicine has been produced. There are still some improvements in clinical application:①The sample size of clinical application research institute is small, so it should be further enlarged.②The objective indicators are mainly the color features of tongue image, but few studies have been done on texture, morphology and texture.③ The methods used to quantify the tongue image objectively are different, which makes it difficult to popularize the standardization of tongue diagnosis objectively.
