茉莉花不同部位提取物毒性实验研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:研究茉莉花根提取物和茉莉花茎提取物对大鼠的毒性。方法:选用32只雄性SD大鼠,采用完全随机法分为茉莉花根醇提取物低剂量组5只、茉莉花根醇提取物高剂量组5只、空白对照组A 6只和茉莉花茎水提取物低剂量组5只、茉莉花茎水提取物高剂量组5只、空白对照组B 6只。参照茉莉花根液小鼠口服灌胃法半数致死量,每天通过灌胃染毒,4 d为1期,共试验2期共8 d。于最后1次进行眼眶取血,检测尿素(urea,Ur)、肌酐(creatinine,Cr)、肌碱酯酶(cholinesterase,ChE)、碱性磷酸酶(alkaline phosphatase,ALP)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(alanineaminotransferase,ALT)、门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(aspartate transaminase,AST);处死大鼠,即刻取肝、心、脾、肺、肾,称质量,并计算脏器指数。结果:各组大鼠体质量均有所增加,但组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);茉莉花根醇提取液各剂量组的ChE与空白对照组A比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);空白对照组A的ALP水平高于茉莉花根醇提取液高剂量组(P<0.05)。茉莉花茎水提取液的AST、ALT各剂量组与空白对照组B比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中茉莉花茎水提取液高剂量组AST高于茉莉花茎水提取液低剂量组和空白对照组B(P<0.05);茉莉花茎水提取液高剂量组ALT高于茉莉花茎水提取液低剂量组和空白对照组B(P<0.05),茉莉花茎水提取液低剂量组与空白对照组B比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。茉莉花根醇提取液和茉莉花茎水提取液各剂量组大鼠的脏器指数与空白对照组A、空白对照组B比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:茉莉花根醇提取液对实验大鼠的ChE、ALP有明显不良影响,茉莉花茎水提取液对实验大鼠AST和ALT有明显不良影响。 Objective: To study the toxicity of jasmine root extract and jasmine stem extract on rats. Methods: Thirty-two male SD rats,were randomly divided into 6 groups: 5 in the low-dose group of ethanol extract from jasmine root, 5 in the high-dose group, of ethanol extract from jasmine root, 6 in the blank control group A, 5 in the low-dose group of water extract from jasmine stem, 5 in the high-dose group of water extract from jasmine stem and 6 in the related blank control group B.Referring to the half lethal dose of jasmine root solution in mice by oral gavage, the mice were poisoned by gavage every day, regarding 4 days as one phase, and the experiment lasted for 8 days, that is two phases. The orbital blood was collected at the last time. Urea(Ur), creatinine(Cr), cholinesterase(ChE), alkaline phosphatase(ALP), alanine aminotransferase(ALT), aspartate aminotransferase(AST), and Uric acid(Ur) were detected. Then the rats were executed, and the liver, heart, spleen, lung and kidney were taken immediately and weighed, and the organ indexes were calculated. Results: The body mass of rats in each group increased, but there was no significant difference between groups(P>0.05). The ChE and Ur of the alcohol extract of jasmine root in each dose group were significantly higher than those of the blank control group A(P<0.05). The ChE of the alcohol extract of jasmine root in low dose group was higher than that of the alcohol extract of jasmine root in high dose group and the blank control group. There was no significant difference between the alcohol extract of jasmine root in high dose group and the blank control group(P>0.05).The UEIC of the blank control group was higher than that of the high-dose group of the alcohol extract of jasmine root(P<0.05), and there was no significant difference between the blank group B and the low-dose group(P>0.05). There was no significant difference between the high-dose group of the alcohol extract of jasmine root and the low-dose group of the alcohol extract of jasmine root(P>0.05). The AST, CREA and ALT of jasmine stem water extract were significantly different from those of the blank control group B(P<0.05). The AST of high-dose jasmine stem water extract group was higher than that of low-dose jasmine stem water extract group and the blank control group B(P<0.05). CREA of the blank control group was higher than that of the high dose group of jasmine stem water extract(P<0.05). There was no significant difference between the blank control group and the high dose group of jasmine stem water extract and the low dose group of jasmine stem water extract(P>0.05). ALT in high dose group of jasmine stem water extract was higher than that in low dose group of jasmine stem water extract and the blank control group B(P<0.05). There was no significant difference between low dose group of jasmine stem water extract and the blank control group B(P>0.05). There was no significant difference in organ index between the ethanol extract of jasmine root and the water extract of jasmine stem in each dose group and the blank control group A、blank control group B(P>0.05). Conclusion: The ethanol extract of jasmine roots has significant adverse effects on the activity and metabolism of rats, ChE and Ur of blood biochemical indicators, and the extract of jasmine stem water has significant adverse effects on body mass, AST, CREA and ALT of blood biochemical indicators in rats.
