滋肾扶阳法治疗糖尿病骨质疏松症疗效观察 被引量:7

摘要 目的:研究滋肾扶阳法治疗糖尿病骨质疏松症的临床疗效。方法:将在本院就诊的40例骨质疏松患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各20例,两组患者均接受糖尿病基础治疗。对照组加用阿伦磷酸钠片70 mg,每周1次。治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用自拟滋肾扶阳中药,日1剂,早晚2次温服,两组均治疗3个月。观察两组患者治疗前后中医证候积分、骨密度、血钙、血磷以及糖代谢、骨代谢指标的变化。结果:治疗后两组中医证候积分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05,P<0.01),治疗组改善程度优于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后骨密度、血钙、血P以及糖代谢指标、骨代谢指标均较治疗前改善(P<0.05,P<0.01),且治疗组各项指标的改善程度优于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:滋肾扶阳法治疗糖尿病骨质疏松症,不仅可以改善患者的临床症状和体征,还可调节糖代谢和骨代谢的异常表达,激活骨形成的同时阻碍骨吸收。 Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of kidney-nourishing and yang-activating method on diabetic osteoporosis. Methods: Forty osteoporosis patients were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group, with 20 cases in each group. Both groups received basic treatment for diabetes mellitus. The control group was additionally treated with sodium alendronate tablets, 70 mg once a week. On the basis of the control group, the treatment group was additionally treated with Self-Made Kidney-Nourishing and Yang-Activating Formula. The course of treatment lasted 3 months. The changes of TCM syndrome score, bone mineral density, blood calcium, blood P, glucose metabolism and bone metabolism indexes were observed before and after the treatment. Results: After the treatment, the scores of TCM syndromes in both groups were lower than those before the treatment(P<0.05, P<0.01), and the improvement degree of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05). After the treatment, bone mineral density, blood calcium, blood P, glucose metabolic index and bone metabolic index were improved in both groups(P<0.05, P<0.01), and the improvement degree of each index in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05,P<0.01). Conclusion: Kidney-Nourishing and Yang-Activating Method has a remarkable efficacy on diabetic osteoporosis, can not only significantly improve the clinical symptoms and signs of patients, but also regulate the abnormal expression of glucose metabolism and bone metabolism, activate bone formation and hinder bone resorption.
