脓毒症急性肾损伤的发病机制与诊治进展 被引量:25

Pathogenesis, diagnosis and treatment of septic acute kidney injury

摘要 脓毒症急性肾损伤是临床危重症,在重症患者中有较高的发病率与死亡率。脓毒症急性肾损伤一直是肾脏病学的热门研究领域,发病机制从单纯的灌注不足学说发展到分子层面的探讨,诊断也不再拘泥于传统的尿量、肌酐监测,转而重点关注肾功能损害的早期识别,脓毒症AKI的治疗方法也日渐多样化。本文就脓毒症急性肾损伤发病机制、诊断、治疗最新进展进行综述。
