细胞分裂周期相关蛋白5在膀胱癌组织的表达及其临床意义

The expression and clinical significance of cell division cycle associated 5 in bladder cancer tissues

目的探讨细胞分裂周期相关蛋白5(CDCA5)在膀胱癌组织中的表达水平及其与临床病理特征的关系.方法收集行根治性膀胱切除术的56例患者的临床资料、膀胱癌组织及癌旁正常组织标本.采用免疫组织化学技术检测膀胱癌组织及癌旁正常组织中CDCA5的表达水平,并分析CDCA5的表达水平与临床病理特征之间的相关性.结果免疫组织化学结果显示,CDCA5在膀胱癌组织中高表达率为60.7%(34/56),低表达率为39.3%(22/56).在癌旁正常组织中高表达率为23.2%(13/56),低表达率为76.8%(43/56).CDCA5在膀胱癌组织与癌旁正常组织中表达差异有统计学意义(x^2=16.168,P<0.05).CDCA5高表达与临床分期(x^2=3.899,P<0.05),病理分级(x^2=4.492,P<0.05)明显相关,而与年龄(x^2=0.100,P>0.05)、性别(x^2=0.049,P>0.05),肿瘤直径(x^2=0.443,P>0.05)及淋巴结转移(x^2=0.225,P>0.05)均无明显相关.结论CDCA5在膀胱癌组织表达上调,且其高表达与临床分期和病理分级升高相关,提示CDCA5与膀胱癌的发生、发展、侵袭能力及恶性程度有关.

Objective To investigate the expression of cell division cycle associated 5(CDCA5)in bladder cancer and its correlation with clinicopathological features.Methods Clinical data,bladder cancer tissues and adjacent normal tissue specimens of 56 patients undergoing radical cystectomy were collected.Immunohistochemical technique was used to detect the expression of CDCA5 in bladder cancer tissues and adjacent normal tissues,and the correlation between CDCA5 expression and clinicopathological features was analyzed.Results Immunohistochemistry showed that the high expression rate of CDCA5 in bladder cancer tissues was 60.7%(34/56),and the low expression rate was 39.3%(22/56).The high expression rate in normal tissues adjacent to cancer was 23.2%(13/56),and the low expression rate was 76.8%(43/56).The expression of CDCA5 in bladder cancer tissues and adjacent normal tissues was statistically significant(χ^2=16.168,P<0.05).High expression of CDCA5 was associated with clinical stage(χ^2=3.899,P<0.05),pathological grade(χ^2=4.492,P<0.05),and age(χ^2=0.100,P>0.05),gender(χ^2=0.049,P>0.05)The tumor diameter(χ^2=0.443,P>0.05)and lymph node metastasis(χ^2=0.225,P>0.05)were irrelevant.Conclusion CDCA5 is up-regulated in bladder cancer tissues and associated with increased clinical stage and pathological grade.It suggests that CDCA5 is associated with the occurrence,development,invasion and malignancy of bladder cancer.
