摘要
目的观察肿瘤干细胞标志物CD133和Girdin在儿童肾母细胞瘤组织的表达.方法收集广东省妇幼保健院和广东医科大学附属医院治疗并经病理学确诊的58例儿童肾母细胞瘤患儿肾母细胞瘤组织标本,采用免疫组织化学法检测其儿童肾母细胞瘤肿瘤组织组织及对应癌旁组织中CD133和Girdin表达水平,并结合临床资料进行分析.结果CD133在儿童肾母细胞瘤肿瘤组织的表达率明显高于对应癌旁组织(46.55%比17.24%,t=11.469,P<0.01),CD133表达水平与儿童肾母细胞瘤组织学分级、TNM分期明显相关(t=4.254、4.244、P<0.05);Girdin在儿童肾母细胞瘤肿瘤组织的表达率明显高于对应癌旁组织(70.69%比43.10%,t=8.999,P<0.01),Girdin表达水平与儿童肾母细胞瘤组织学分级、肿瘤直径、TNM分期以及淋巴结转移明显相关(t=4.411、6.307、4.172、6.355,P<0.05).结论CD133和Girdin在儿童肾母细胞瘤肿瘤组织中高表达.
Objective To explore the expression of CD133 and Girdin in children with nephroblastoma.Methods The nephroblastoma tissues and adjacent non-cancerous tissues in 58 patients with nephroblastoma treated in Guangdong Woman and Children Hospital and Affiliated Hospital of Guangdong Medical University and confirmed pathologically from April 2011 to March 2019 were collected.The expression of CD133 and Girdin in nephroblastoma tissues and adjacent non-cancerous tissues was detected by immunohistochemistry.Results The positive expression rate of CD133 in nephroblastoma tissues was significantly higher than that in adjacent non-cancerous tissues(46.55%vs.17.24%,t=11.469,P<0.01).The positive expression rate of CD133 was related with histology grade and TNM stage of nephroblastoma(respectively,t=4.254,4.244,P<0.05).The positive expression rate of Girdin in nephroblastoma tissues was significantly higher than that in adjacent non-cancerous tissues(70.69%vs.43.10%,t=8.999,P<0.01).The positive expression rate of Girdin was related with histology grade,diameter of tumor,TNM stage and lymph node metastasis of nephroblastoma(respectively,t=4.411,6.307,4.172,6.355,P<0.05).Conclusion The CD133 and Girdin were highly expressed in nephroblastoma tissues,and CD133 and Girdin can be used as diagnostic index to evaluate the prognosis of patients with nephroblastoma.
