摘要
CD36又称脂肪酸转运体(FAT),是一种单链跨膜糖蛋白,属于B族清道夫受体,可识别多种配体,并参与多种正常和病理过程.近年来的研究结果表明CD36可能通过调节血管生成、上皮-间充质转化、肿瘤微泡外溢、脂代谢重构等环节在肿瘤侵袭转移中发挥重要作用.本文拟对CD36的结构与正常功能以及CD36在肿瘤侵袭转移中的研究作一综述.
CD36,also known as Fatty Acid Translocase(FAT),is a single chain transmembrane glycoprotein,belonging to the B group scavenger receptors,can identify a variety of ligands,and participate in a variety of normal and pathological processes.Recent studies suggest that CD36 may play an important role in tumor metastasis by regulating angiogenesis,lipid metabolism remodeling,epithelial mesenchymal transition and microvesicle extravasation.The structure and normal function of CD36 and the role of CD36 in tumor metastasis are reviewed.
