摘要
新陈代谢是细胞生存、发展的必要条件.在新陈代谢过程中,细胞会产生活性氧簇,这些活性氧簇在维持细胞正常生理活动的同时,也会导致正常细胞转化为肿瘤细胞.而与正常细胞比较,肝癌细胞由于代谢方式的改变,在代谢过程中会产生并积累更多的活性氧簇.这些积累的活性氧簇在促进肝癌的发展的同时,又可以对肝癌细胞的生存造成危害.本文就近年来活性氧簇与肝癌的相关研究进展进行综述.
Metabolism is a necessary condition for cell survival and development.Reactive oxygen species arise from cell metabolism,while maintaining normal physiological activity of cells,reactive oxygen species can also cause normal cells to transform into tumor cells.Compared with normal cells,hepatocellular carcinoma cells produce and accumulate more reactive oxygen species during the metabolic process due to metabolic changes.These accumulated reactive oxygen species not only can promote the occurrence and development of hepatocellular carcinoma,but also can endanger the survival of it.This article summarizes the research of reactive oxygen species and hepatocellular carcinoma in recent years.
