长链非编码RNA在肿瘤代谢中的作用 被引量:8

Roles of long noncoding RNAs in tumor metabolism

摘要 与正常细胞比较,肿瘤细胞表现出不同的代谢特征,包括葡萄糖摄取的增加、有氧糖酵解、谷氨酰胺摄取和谷氨酸分解的增强以及脂质代谢改变等.长链非编码RNA(lncRNA)是一类长度大于200个核苷酸,具有有限或不具有蛋白质编码能力的调节性RNA分子,在肿瘤发生和发展中起关键作用.lncRNA可以通过与癌基因或抑癌基因的相互调节来改变肿瘤代谢.此外,lncRNA与关键转录因子、代谢酶或微小RNA(miRNA)的相互作用也可以有效地调节肿瘤代谢过程.本文对lncRNA与肿瘤细胞代谢,特别是葡萄糖、谷氨酰胺和脂质代谢的最新进展作简要综述. Compared to normal cells,tumor cells exhibit distinct metabolic features,including increased glucose uptake,aerobic glycolysis,enhanced glutamine uptake and glutaminolysis,altered lipid metabolism,and so on.Long non-coding RNA(lncRNA)are defined as a large class of regulatory RNA molecules longer than 200 nucleotides,with limited or no protein-coding potential,which play key roles in tumorigenesis and progression.LncRNA can affect tumor metabolism by mutual regulation with oncogenes or tumor suppressors.Additionally,the interaction of lncRNA with crucial transcription factors,metabolic enzymes or miRNA can also effectively modulate the processes of tumor metabolism.In this review,we will focus on the most recent development on the lncRNA in regulating glucose,glutamine and lipid metabolism for tumor cells.
