摘要
胃癌是世界上最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,化疗在胃癌的治疗中具有重要作用.自噬是目前治疗肿瘤的重要靶点之一,在肿瘤细胞中,自噬可以促进肿瘤恶性表型的形成,与多个信号通路密切相关.非编码核糖核酸(RNA)对自噬功能的调节作用是对以往研究的重要补充,因此在本文中总结了非编码RNA在胃癌中是如何参与自噬的调控进程的,以及对胃癌生物学特性的影响,为靶向自噬治疗胃癌提供理论基础.
Gastric cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors in the world,chemotherapy plays an important role in the treatment of gastric cancer.Autophagy is one of the important targets for the treatment of tumor at present.Autophagy can promote the formation of malignant phenotype and drug resistance in tumor,which is closely related to multiple signaling pathways.The regulatory effect of non-coding RNA on autophagy is an important supplement to previous studies.Therefore,in this paper,we summarized how non-coding RNA is involved in the regulation process of autophagy in gastric cancer and the influence of this regulation on the biological characteristics of gastric cancer,providing a theoretical basis for the targeted treatment of gastric cancer by autophagy.
