摘要
为了探讨石榴皮色素在羊毛织物染色及功能整理方面的应用,制备了不同浓度的石榴皮色素染液,在酸性条件下对羊毛织物进行直接上染,评价其染色效果、抑菌及防紫外性能。试验结果表明:随着染液中石榴皮色素提取液浓度的升高,羊毛织物染色深度逐渐加深,染色更偏向红黄色,且皂洗色牢度和摩擦色牢度较好;染液中石榴皮色素提取液质量分数超过17%时,染色羊毛织物不仅对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠埃希菌表现出了良好的抑菌效果,还显示出了较好的防紫外性能。
In order to explore the application of pomegranate skin pigment in dyeing and functional finishing of wool fabric, the wool fabric is dyed directly under acidic conditions by preparing different concentration of pigment dyeing solution of pomegranate skin. The dyeing effect, bacteriostatic and anti-ultraviolet properties are evaluated. The results show that with the increase of the concentration of pigment extract of pomegranate skin in the dyeing solution, the dyeing depth of wool fabric deepens gradually, the dyeings is more red-yellow, and the color fastness to soaping and rubbing is better. At the same time, when the concentration of pigment extract of pomegranate skin in dyeing solution is more than 17%(omf), the dyed wool fabric shows not only good bacteriostatic effect to Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli, but also good anti-ultraviolet function.
