摘要
学术期刊论文的被引刊数是知识扩散的重要体现,知识扩散速度可以反映期刊知识扩散的快慢程度。文章将期刊被引刊数分为两种:一种是流量被引刊数,即期刊论文发表后每年的被引刊数;另一种是存量被引刊数,即期刊论文发表后每年的累计被引刊数。在此基础上用流量被引刊数或存量被引刊数除以载文量再除以时间,得到流量扩散速度与存量扩散速度。基于管理学CSSCI期刊和中国知网的引文数据研究表明:1年流量扩散速度当年达到峰值,2年存量扩散速度在第二年达到峰值,均与载文量负相关,因此采用这两个指标评价期刊扩散速度较好;1年流量扩散速度服从正态分布,2年存量扩散速度不服从正态分布,两者离散系数相当,可以根据评价的目的以及时效性需求灵活选择。
The number of cited journals in academic journal articles is an important manifestation of knowledge diffusion.The speed of knowledge diffusion can reflect the speed of journal knowledge diffusion.In this paper,the number of cited journals is divided into two categories:one is the number of flow cited journals,which is the annual number of cited journals after the publication of journal articles;the other is the number of stock cited journals,which is the accumulative number of cited journals after the publication of journal articles.On the basis of this,the flow diffusion speed and the stock diffusion speed are obtained by dividing the number of flow cited journals or the number of stock cited journals by article quantity and dividing by the time.Based on citation data from the CSSCI and CNKI,it shows that since the number of flow cited journals and the number of stocks cited journals is positively related to article quantity,it is not appropriate to use the number of cited journals to evaluate the level of knowledge diffusion and the speed of knowledge diffusion;the one-year flow diffusion speed reaches its peak in the same year,and the two-year stock diffusion speed peaks in the second year,these two indicators are negatively correlated with the article quantity,so using the one-year flow diffusion speed and the two-year stock diffusion speed to evaluate the journal’s diffusion speed is better;the one-year flow diffusion speed obeys the normal distribution but the two-year stock diffusion speed doesn’t,their dispersion coefficients are equivalent,and both can be flexibly selected according to the purpose of evaluation and time-dependent requirements.
