液压缸加压技术在级进模中的应用

摘要 针对电机铁芯采用级进模自动铆接冲压存在铆接不紧密、铁芯的平整度超差等现象,对铁芯铆接冲压工艺进行分析,提出将液压缸加压技术应用到级进模冲压铁芯铆接中,并论述了液压缸加压技术的结构特点和工作原理。结果表明,在级进模上采用液压缸加压技术能有效提高冲压铁芯铆接紧密度和平整度,可为类似电机铁芯的模具结构设计提供参考。 Motor iron core components were mass production and commonly automaticallys tacking riveting and stamping by using progressive die, but existing the loose riveting fastness and bad flatness of iron core. Aiming at the problems, the stacking riveting and stamping processes of iron core were analyzed, and the technique of hydraulic cylinder pressurization was applied. Also, the working principle and structure characteristics of hydraulic cylinder compression technology were discussed. The application results showed that the technology of hydraulic cylinder pressurization on progressive die could effectively improve the technical requirements of riveting tightness and flatness of iron core parts, which could provide references for the die design of similar motor iron core parts.
