摘要
介绍了隔板试制阶段采用激光落料后一次成形的原工艺,为解决原工艺综合制造成本高的问题,采用多副模具成形的方案,剪板机下料、卷圆、直缝焊接后,通过扩口、缩口、整形和翻边等模具成形,提高了材料利用率,降低了生产成本,将每件综合成本由原来的41元降至23元,取得了良好的经济效益。
The original process of a diaphragm in trial-manufacture stage that one-time forming after laser blanking was adopted. Several dies were used to save the manufacturing cost. After blanking, rolling and straight welding by the plate shear, the forming processes such as flaring, necking, sizing and flanging were adopted to improve the material utilization. The comprehensive cost of every product was reduced from $41 to $23.
