摘要
对汽轮机叶片锻模的结构特点进行了分析,并对失效后的锻模进行了蓝光扫描试验、宏观观察断口、扫描电镜、能谱分析、硬度检测等分析与研究,找出锻模失效的主要形式和根本原因,针对汽轮机叶片锻模的使用情况,提出了延长锻模使用寿命的方法。
The structure characteristics of a forging die for steam turbine blade were analyzed. The failure forging die was analyzed and studied by blue-light scanning experiment,macroscopic observation fracture, scanning electron microscopy, energy spectrum analysis and hardness measurement. The main forms and root causes of the forging die failure were found out. Aiming at the working conditions of forging die for steam turbine blade,the method was put forward to prolong its service life.
