安徽省疾病预防控制机构档案管理现状分析

The Current Situation of Archives Management in CDC Institutions of Anhui Province

目的通过调查全省疾控机构档案管理情况,参照省疾控中心档案的规范管理,指导基层疾控机构规范开展档案管理工作。方法通过问卷调查和现场抽样调查方法对安徽省三级疾控中心的档案管理的基本条件和设施及档案资料分类与利用分析进行调查。结果安徽省疾控机构档案管理人员配置、软硬件条件难以满足档案管理要求,信息化程度低,档案提供利用方式单一。结论全省各级疾控档案管理水平不均衡,档案管理总体水平较低,需要加快规范化管理进程。

Objective To guide basic level institutions of center for disease control and prevention(CDC) to standardize their file management work by investigating the file management of CDC institutions in the whole province and referring to the standard file management of Anhui provincial CDC. Methods The questionnaire survey and on-site sampling survey method were used,the basic conditions of file management, the classification and utilization analysis of facilities and archives were investigated among the three levels of CDC institutions in Anhui province. Results Both of the amount of personnel who were working on the file management and the hardware & software conditions of CDC institutions in Anhui province had difficulty to meet the requirement of archives management. The informationization level of them was at a low level, and the way of file utilization was single. Conclusion The file management level of CDC institutions in the whole province is unbalanced and at a low level. It is necessary to speed up the process of standardized file management.
