摘要
针对本钢20000m^3/h制氧机组空压机出现振动突然跃升后再缓慢上升的现象,通过停机检查发现气体冷却器内漏和气水分离器严重损坏。详细分析了振动故障的诊断过程和原因,以此分析采取有效措施使振动参数值恢复正常。
It is observed that the vibration appears suddenly and then followed by slowly risings.After stopping we usual find that there are leaks in the air cooling device,and fault in separator of water from air.By analyzing these faults,we adopt effective measurements to repair the faults and return to normal production.
